Gordon Glenister – Director General of the bpma

Gordon has worked extensively in the industry for more than seven years and has expertise in sales, marketing, and team building. As a managing director of 1st Incentive Ltd he specialised in promotional gifts, loyalty programmes, event management and team building.

Before founding 1st incentives in 2001, Gordon was head of marketing and new business at Roantree Incentive Marketing for almost 2 years. Prior to this Gordon was with HP Bulmer for nearly eleven years as a national account.

Simon Edward – Brand and Marketing Communications Manager 3M

Simon is a marketing professional with over 16 years experience in brand management and marketing communications for a number of global corporations. Working at 3M for just over two years in the Corporate Marketing Communications team, he is one of two brand managers for 3M in the EMEA region.

Prior to 3M, Simon spent over six years at the goabal white goods manufacturer, Electrolux, in various brand and marketing roles based in the UK and in Europe. After Electrolux, he spent over two years at Autoglass developing highly successful advertising campaigns, breaking the traditional mould of 30 second ads by introducing 60 second ads targeted by region and spot time, a campaign which was due to last only four months, that is so successful is still running three and a half years later.

John Travis – Marketing Manager;Will International Ltd.

Johns background of Sales and Marketing spans more than thirty years.He has worked for a number of Blue Chip organisations including Cadbury Schweppes and Bristol Myers.With over seven years experience in the Promotional Gifts Industry,John has worked both as a Distributor and Supplier.He is able to identify new Revenue Streams and has an excellent grasp of how to best use the relationship between Marketing and Sales.

 

 

Stephen Barker - director for sales and marketing B&H ColourChange

After completing a Business degree, worked for Ofrex Group in London to the position of national marketing manager. Founded B&H during the late ‘80’s, developing liquid crystal thermometers and colour changing products.
The company won various industry awards, a Millenium product award for colour changing safety feeding spoons, and three government Smart awards for r&d. Specialised in printed thermochromic game cards, cereal in-packs, and liquid crystal thermometer promotions. Developed colour changing injection moulding, and produced thermochromic T shirts and glassware. Manufactured temperature monitoring devices for chilled food industry, and products for the babycare  market among others. B&H joined LCR Hallcrest Group which is now world leader in liquid crystal thermometry, and develops colour changing inks, coatings, masterbatch and finished products.

   

Paul Cunningham   -   Director  -  Pepagon

Paul has 20 years experience in Design and Manufacturing and is a Co-founder of Pepagon, specialising in bespoke brand and marketing solutions for their clients.

Prior to Pepagon, Paul worked extensively as a Buyer whilst based in China before moving to the promotional industry using his skills and extensive Far East network to design and manufacture new products, creating original and successful concepts for many leading brands.
